Description: This Slim Jim Folder handmade by Mel Pardue is a classic. It has been in a single private collection and has been meticulously cared for. By all appearances, this knife could have been made yesterday.
The slim blade is formed from 154CM stainless steel and features a hand rubbed satin finish. It is easily opened using the right handed thumb stud. The blade is hollow ground for a high performance, easy-to-maintain edge. The blade is well centered with smooth, consistent action.
Buffalo horn scales are set on titanium liners. The scales are black with white highlights. They are perfectly dovetailed to satin finished 416 stainless steel bolsters. The backbar is fully fileworked. This slim profiled folder would feel at home in nearly any collection. Despite this, its convenience size will make it hard to keep out of your pocket.
Exceptional work throughout!
