Winkler Knives II is the result of processes Daniel Winkler developed over the past few years in order to provide axes and knives to teams within United States Army Special Operations and US Naval Special Warfare. Each piece in this collection bears the Winkler Knives II touchmark.
The WKII Hair Spike is used to used to hold a person's hair in place. Hair sticks have been used for thousands of years across cultures from the Romans, to the Greeks and the Egyptians, though they are maybe best known in the form of the Japanese Kanzashi.
The WKII Hair Spike is made from 80CrV2 carbon steel with a non-reflective, oxidation resistant KG finish. The 8-1/2 inch hair stick also can be used as an effective defensive weapon to stop an attacker.
The WKII Hair Spike can either be worn individually or in sets of two (sold individually).
