Description: John Leitch's paring knives will feel as at home in a collection as they will used in the kitchen. This is a perfect size to be used as a paring knife for detail tasks in the kitchen but may also be used as an executive desk knife.
The ATS-34 stainless steel blade was etched with a relief for his maker's mark. This results in a "damascene" pattern that has made his work well known. The stainless steel blade will have exceptional edge holding. The fit between nickel silver bolsters and zebrawood scales is excellent -- without a perceptible seam.
Exceptional work throughout!
