Description: John Leitch's Acero is an exceptional folder. It is one of the finest production knives made anywhere in the world. The materials, precise tolerances, and finish are of impeccable quality. John's design and specifications were meticulously crafted by one of the premier knifemakers in Seki, Japan.
The mirror polished ATS-34 stainless steel blade is precision ground for a thin, high performance edge. It is easily opened using the thumb nick. Excellent action and well centered blade. Front and rear nickel silver bolsters are perfectly fit to mother of pearl scales. An abalone inlay set in a bronze oval adorns the left scale.
The knife is accompanied by a kangaroo leather pocket case that is both durable and thin. This protects the knife from scratches when carried in the pocket or purse. It was handmade to exact specifications by Stone Canyon Leather located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Exceptional work throughout.
