Description: Alan Warren created this dramatic trailing point utility/hunting knife. The stainless steel blade is ATS-34 stainless steel. By heat treating the blade to Hrc 60-61 and finishing with a sub zero quench, Alan ensures a keen, long lasting edge. A hand satin finish lends an heirloom quality.
A 416 stainless steel guard separates the jet black African blackwood handle from the blade. Front and rear spacers are formed from ancient walrus ivory and dyed/stabilized giraffe bone. The handle swells gently at the palm for a comfortable, secure grip. Black fiber spacers assist the handle to adjust to temperature and humidity changes. The handle is completed with an aircraft grade aluminum pommel. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
