Description: Sandro Boeck is a bladesmith from Brazil creating knives of the highest caliber. Sandro has over two decades of experience making knives and has won multiple awards for his knives. He is also a Journeyman Smith with the American Bladesmith Society. The opportunity to work under Mastersmith Jerry Fisk helped elevate his work to the next level! We are excited to showcase his exceptional work at BladeGallery.
The mosaic damascus blade shows Sandro's tremendous skill at the forge. It combines 1080 and 15N20 carbon steels to ensure excellent edge holding and chip resistance. The high contrast pattern is extremely engaging. The blade is flat ground and razor sharp. Sandro's touchmark and J.S. mark are inlaid with gold on the left side of the blade. We recommend using camellia oil to protect the blade and horn handle.
The handle is polished buffalo horn, sculpted to provide a secure, comfortable grip. A mosaic damascus guard is perfectly fit to the handle and blade. The knife has excellent balance with the balance point being right at the guard.
To keep the knife close at hand, a custom sheath is included. A display stand made by Sandro also accompanies the knife. Additionally a premium leather zipper case is included for safe transportation.
Excellent work throughout!
