Description: This chef's knife was made by Zoe Potter of Red Forge. Potter is 24 years old, hails from New Hampshire, and is a current American Bladesmith Society apprentice. Zoe began bladesmithing in 2016 and started making kitchen knives in 2019. Potter has taken several classes at the New England School of Metalwork in bladesmithing and blacksmithing. Outside of bladesmithing, Zoe works as a blacksmith and tool maker.

The 4.3 inch blade is made from Potter's own hand forged damascus. Zoe began with 15N20 and 1084 carbon steels. The pattern combines bold and fine patterns to create a 5000 layer damascus blade that will pull you in for closer examination.
Stabilized birdseye maple handle scales are surrounded by a copper pommel and guard. The front of the handle is set with silver wire, providing a secure, comfortable grip.
Excellent work throughout.
