Description: Tom Buckner, out of Olympia, Washington, makes an amazing knife. We were very excited when he began making folding knives. This small gentleman's folder is a perfect daily carry, whether heading out for a night on the town or spending the day in the office. The use of high end materials is very pleasing to the eye.
The drop point blade is raindrop damascus forged from stainless steels by renowned damascus maker Devin Thomas. The intricate pattern is extremely engaging. The flat ground blade provides a durable, chip resistant edge. The blade can be easily opened using the right-handed knurled thumbstud. It is perfectly centered and the blade rotates on washers with smooth, consistent action.
Handle scales are mammoth ivory nicely dovetailed to matching raindrop damascus bolsters. Titanium liners surround the damascus backbar keeping the knife light, yet strong. The liners are jewel polished on the interior. Tom's maker mark is on the inside of the backbar.
Nice work throughout!
