Description: Toor Knives was founded by Connor Toor in San Diego, California. Connor was in the Marine Corps at the time and was frustrated seeing teammates in the Marine Corps having to rely on mass-produced knives that were unfit for mission-specific tasks. By pooling the experience of his teammates and his Army Ranger brother Cameron Toor, Toor Knives was able to create a family of blades that fit the needs of airborne operations, diving, close-quarters battle, law enforcement, scouting, and patrolling-related missions. Toor Knives are tough, yet well balanced and easy to carry. Plus, they guarantee their knives for life from any manufacturing defects or issues!
The Hitter provides another option to Toor Knives' growing spike category and delivers dependable performance when untying knots, splicing ropes or forming toggles/handles. This versatile tool can tackle each of these traditional tasks, but is also ready to assist with any other jobs that come your way.
Constructed from universally tough 4140 steel, this workhorse is designed to be impact and fracture resistant from repeated stress. Toor Knives wrapped the Hitter in black waxed nylon thread to provide extra grip. A scratch and corrosion resistant matte black oxide finish prevents light reflection and adds to its good looks. The top of the handle also has a hole for a lanyard or FOB to be attached, providing the opportunity for faster access as well as personalization.
To keep it close at hand, the Hitter includes a Hermann Oak leather sheath finished with acrylic resolene to ensure maximum water and wear resistance.
Made in the USA.
