Description: Arno Bernard Sr. is a maker from South Africa and has been making knives for over 35 years. He has been a member of the Knifemakers Guild of Southern Africa (KGSA) for over 20 years. Living in South Africa has allowed him the luxury of using many different exotic handle materials -- some even collected himself.
The blade is damascus forged from carbon steels, ensuring a keen, long lasting edge. It was hollow ground for high performance and easy maintenance. A thumb ramp makes precision tasks a breeze.
The handle is stabilized and dyed interior kudu horn set to the tang using stainless steel pins. The horn is polished and combines a dramatic appearance with durability.
This sturdy knife is comfortable to hold and has excellent balance. From caping and skinning, to cooking around the campsite, this knife has you covered as a perfect everyday carry!
Excellent work throughout!
