Description: John Leitch's Acero Slipjoint is an exceptional folder. It is one of the finest production knives made anywhere in the world. The materials, precise tolerances, and finish are impeccable quality. John's design and specifications were meticulously crafted by one of the premier knifemakers in Seki, Japan.
The mirror polished ATS-34 stainless steel blade is precision ground for a thin, high performance edge. It is easily opened using the thumb nick. Excellent action and well centered.
Front and rear bolsters are perfectly fit to goldlip mother of pearl handle scales. A bronze bezel surrounds an abalone inlay set into the left handle scale.
This folder is accompanied by a hand stitched, vegetable tanned saddle leather pocket pouch.
Exceptional work throughout.
