Description: As an avid hunter, Randy Lee knows how a knife should perform. The steel should be hard and maintain a superior edge. This sub-hilt fighter is no exception.
The hollow ground CPM-154 stainless steel will maintain a superior edge and will be easy to re-sharpen, due to the hollow grind. The blade is finished with a high polish, complementing the polish on the sub hilt guards.
The stacked handle is formed from eleven layers -- incorporating natural Micarta, Arizona desert ironwood (Olneya tesota) amber, and Kirinite Black Magic acrylic. Thin black fiber and nickel silver spacers assist the handle to adjust to changes in temperature and humidity. The sub hilt guard is perfectly shaped for a secure, comfortable grip.
This sub hilt fighter is accompanied by a very nice, custom hand tooled leather sheath handmade by Sonja Lee.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
