Description: This custom flipper from by Jason Clark offers a handcrafted build that is lightweight, pocket-friendly and tremendously eye catching.
The stainless damascus blade is complex ladder pattern forged by Mike Norris. At Hrc 60, this knife will have exceptional edge holding! The blade is hollow ground with a swedge for an easy to maintain edge. It is perfectly centered with smooth action. It uses the IKBS (Ikoma Korth Bearing System) pivot. This mechanism, which was originally designed to fit balisong knives, uses ball bearings to create exceptional action with no blade play.
Chatoyant carbon fiber handle scales are truly exceptional. The domed scales appear to shimmer in the light as the handle is turned. They meet with Black Timascus bolsters in a meticulous dovetail. Black Timascus combines different grades of titanium and zirconium into a beautiful mokume. Titanium liners, frame and pocket clip are stonewashed. The clip is mounted for right-handed, tip-up carry.
Exceptional work throughout!
