Description: Sam Eddleman is an up-and-coming maker to watch. There's often an element of the fantastic in his knives, with stylistic references to both feudal Japan and the contemporary military. Sam made his first knife in 2008 -- as a knife collector he found that making knives himself was the intuitive next step.
This utility fighter combines high performance 5160 carbon steel with a deer antler handle. The blade is mirror polished and is a modified wharncliffe. The long clip is brought just shy of a fully sharpened edge.
Brass fittings surround the deer antler handle. Black carbon fiber spacers assist the handle to adjust to temperature and humidity changes. Excellent work throughout!
