Description: This drop point hunter was handmade by award winning South African knifemaker Lieben van der Sandt.
The blade is made from Bohler N690 stainless steel. N690 takes an incredibly sharp edge and holds onto it. Increased toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping. The blade has been hollow ground to a high performance edge. A high hollow ground ensures a keen, high performance edge with easy touchups.
Giraffe bone handle scales provide a sure, comfortable grip. The bone has been dyed and stabilized. The contoured handle is extremely comfortable. A distal tapered full tang ensures a perfect balance. From skinning, to field processing, to cooking around the campsite, this knife has you covered!
The knife is accompanied by a hand stitched pouch style leather sheath.
Excellent work throughout!
