Description: This exceptional puukko is the work of Jeremy Spake of Portland, Oregon. Jeremy has been making knives since 2010. His work is heavily influenced by Scandinavian knives. This Puukko is in Finish style.
Jeremy hand forged the blade from his own 13 layer damascus. By using carbon steels, Spake ensures excellent edge holding.
The handle is formed from a black basalt material Jeremy made in his shop. This is combined with a central section of reindeer antler and thinner nickel silver spacers. The handle is nicely rounded and swells to fill the palm.
The knife is accompanied by a traditional Finnish hard leather sheath with a wood liner. Exceptional work throughout!
